ガーナ共和国（ガーナきょうわこく）、通称ガーナは、西アフリカに位置する共和制国家。東にトーゴ、北にブルキナファソ、西にコートジボワールと国境を接し、南は大西洋に面する。首都はアクラ。

サハラ以南のアフリカ諸国で、初めて現地人が中心となってイギリスから独立を達成した。初代大統領エンクルマは、アフリカ統一運動を推進したことで有名。かつてゴールドコーストと呼ばれた海岸を保有しており、ダイヤモンドや金を産出する。カカオ豆の産地としても有名。2007年6月に油田が発見され、国際的に大きな注目を集めている（後述）。
